What people actually use it for

One browser profile per person stopped matching how businesses work a long time ago. These are the teams that reach for SessionPilot, and the problem it solves for each.

Marketing and social agencies

You manage advertising, social and marketplace accounts for a dozen clients. Every one expects their credentials kept apart from everyone else’s. A shared browser leaks cookies, autofill and login state between clients, and one stray session on the wrong account is a client-losing incident. SessionPilot gives each client a sealed profile, and the team a record of who opened what.

E-commerce and marketplace sellers

Multiple storefronts, several regions, and a support team that rotates. Each storefront needs a stable, consistent browser environment that does not change every time a different colleague signs in from a different laptop. Warmed sessions move with the profile instead of being rebuilt by hand.

Advertising verification

You need to see the campaign as the customer sees it: from their country, on their device class, with their language settings. Checking from your own office IP on your own laptop tells you almost nothing about what a shopper in another market is served.

QA and cross-browser testing

Reproducing a customer’s bug on a developer’s own browser — with its extensions, logins and cached state — wastes hours. A disposable profile with a defined fingerprint, locale and timezone reproduces the report, and the automation API drives it from your existing test suite.

Market and price research

Public pricing and availability differ by region. Gathering that lawfully, at reasonable volume and within the source’s limits, needs a browser that presents consistently rather than one that changes identity mid-session and gets blocked for looking broken.

Security teams and researchers

Authorised assessments need clean, isolated, disposable environments that cannot contaminate corporate sessions — and a defensible audit trail of what was accessed and when.

Where we draw the line

We are direct about this because it protects both of us. SessionPilot is built for the work above. It is not for payment fraud, taking over other people’s accounts, credential stuffing, spam, or gaining access to systems you have no right to touch. Those uses are prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy and we terminate accounts for them.

Many websites also set their own rules about multiple accounts. Those rules are between you and that website, and complying with them is your responsibility. We do not advise on evading any platform’s enforcement, and we make no promise about how any third party will treat your traffic.
